Description

You will manage functional and configuration aspects of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Onboarding modules, executing end-to-end implementations.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end implementations for SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Handle functional requirements and system configuration for EC and Onboarding.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines.
• Manage communication with project stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 4-7 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
• Mandatory SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) certification.
• Proven experience with S/4 HANA integration.
• At least one full-cycle implementation experience.
• Proficiency in SAP SF EC configuration.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other SuccessFactors sub-modules.
