Description

You will configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and HCM modules.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and support Employee Central modules, including MDF Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, and Role-Based Permissions.
  • Manage organizational structures, job architecture, and employee lifecycle processes within EC.
  • Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Payroll / ECP, managing schemas, wage types, and calculations.
  • Configure time profiles, work schedules, holiday calendars, and absence types, supporting time valuation and accruals.
  • Design and support integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and third-party systems, utilizing SAP CPI or middleware.
  • Support data migration, validation, unit testing, UAT, cutover, and provide post-go-live production support.

Required Skills

  • 3-6+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience.
  • Strong experience with Employee Central Core, Payroll (ECP), Time Management, and Benefits Administration.
  • Proven experience with implementations, upgrades, and production support cycles.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements.
  • Experience designing and supporting integrations and data migration activities.
  • Proficiency with SAP CPI / Integration Center for inbound and outbound interfaces.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
