Description

You will provide end-to-end production support for a complex union-based daily payroll lifecycle environment using SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, and hours-to-gross Time Management systems, managing over 100 interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, and apply periodic SAP notes, patches, and HRSP updates across the SAP SuccessFactors landscape.
• Configure, customize, and implement new Payroll modules and functionality as required, producing solution design and documentation.
• Plan, manage, and support SAP integration solutions and middleware for on-premise, cloud, or hybrid scenarios.
• Monitor batch jobs and resolve production support issues related to the payroll system.
• Develop detailed functional designs, create test plans, and manage the transition of modifications through QA and change control.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8 years of experience with large, complex SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll systems.
• Extensive experience configuring and custom development with deep ECP functional skills.
• Deep knowledge of SAP EC payroll configurations, wage type setups, and BSI tax setup (Tax Factory/Tax Profile Factory).
• Hands-on experience integrating multiple systems including ADP, Bank, SAP FI, 3PR, and PCC functionalities.
• Experience applying HRSP and BSI updates and patches to SuccessFactors ECP applications.
• Knowledge of the SuccessFactors HCM suite, Payroll Command Center, and EC to ECP replication.
• Experience working with GL integration across multiple ERP finance systems (ECC, Oracle EBS).
• Working knowledge of SAP development tools and methodologies: ABAP workbench, BAPI/IDOC, ALE, Reports, Workflow, Smartforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
