Description

Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) for US-based operations, managing core HR and payroll processes with seamless integration across SAP modules.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Employee Central Payroll (ECP) systems for US operations.
• Manage end-to-end payroll and core HR processes.
• Ensure seamless integration across SAP modules using CPI and APIs.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver system enhancements.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors ECP.
• Hands-on expertise in Employee Central.
• Payroll configuration and schema knowledge.
• Integration experience with CPI and APIs.
• 3+ years of relevant consulting experience.
• Valid USC or GC work authorization for Dallas, TX.
