Description

You will lead technical assessments and implementation efforts for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll modules.

Responsibilities

• Document requirements for data conversion, migration, and systems integration between legacy environments and cloud-based SuccessFactors.
• Perform technical assessments of data migration and integration requirements alongside client IT specialists.
• Develop project roadmaps and implementation blueprints, including data migration strategies and interface complexity analysis.
• Configure functional aspects of certified SuccessFactors modules to optimize HR work processes.
• Conduct data analysis, research, and reporting to support project deliverables.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors/HCM modules.
• 7+ years of experience performing technical assessments for data migration and integration.
• Certified Associate level status for one or more SAP SuccessFactors/HCM modules (or minimal Delta training remaining).
• Proven experience facilitating technical assessment workshops.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Preferred Skills

• Minimum of 2 full life-cycle SuccessFactors implementations from planning through go-live.
• Experience using Agile implementation methodologies.
• Experience implementing SuccessFactors within government agency environments.
