Description

You will lead the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze HR processes and translate requirements into Employee Central configurations.
• Lead full lifecycle implementations, including planning, blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live.
• Configure and customize modules to meet specific client requirements.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain data integrity.
• Deliver end-user training and create necessary system documentation.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementations, specifically focusing on Employee Central.
• Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.
• Proven experience with integrations between SuccessFactors and other systems, such as payroll.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes and data management.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills.

Preferred Skills

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification.
• Experience with Performance & Goals or Learning modules.
• Familiarity with local compliance, regulatory requirements, and multinational client environments.
