Description

You will lead the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions.

9+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementations, specifically focusing on Employee Central. Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM. Proven experience with integrations between SuccessFactors and other systems, such as payroll. Strong understanding of HR business processes and data management. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field. Strong problem-solving and project management skills. SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification. Experience with Performance & Goals or Learning modules. Familiarity with local compliance, regulatory requirements, and multinational client environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze HR processes and translate requirements into Employee Central configurations.
• Lead full lifecycle implementations, including planning, blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live.
• Configure and customize modules to meet specific client requirements.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain data integrity.
• Deliver end-user training and create necessary system documentation.
