Description

You will implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to meet business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements and EC configuration solutions.
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert for Employee Central and related SuccessFactors modules.
• Gather and validate business and functional requirements with stakeholders.
• Lead data migration and integration activities between SAP SF EC and external/legacy systems.
• Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting, user support, and release management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
• Experience in global implementations or multi-country rollouts.
• Working knowledge of SuccessFactors reporting tools (Ad Hoc Reporting, People Analytics).
• Understanding of compliance and data privacy laws affecting HRIS implementations (e.g., GDPR).
• Familiarity with additional SF modules like Performance & Goals, Compensation, or Recruiting.
• Ability to create and maintain system documentation, test scripts, and training materials.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
