Description

You will manage complex payroll production environments, focusing on union-based daily lifecycles and end-to-end support for benefits, tax, and time interfaces.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and implement payroll modules while monitoring batch jobs and production issues.
• Manage integrations with ADP, SAP FI, 3PR, and PCC functionalities to ensure seamless data flow.
• Apply SAP updates, patches, and Tax Updates (TUBs) to maintain system efficiency and compliance.
• Support large-scale payroll production environments, handling GL integration and resolving technical blockers.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Expertise in payroll configurations, wage type setups, and BSI Tax Factory.
• Strong knowledge of EC to ECP replication and Payroll Command Center.
• Proficiency in ABAP, BAPI/IDOC, ALE, and Workflow for custom extensions and integrations.
• Working knowledge of SAP, SuccessFactors, and ECP architectures.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience managing union payroll lifecycles.
• SAP certification.
