SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Lead

You will lead end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, managing configuration, customization, and full payroll processing cycles. You will ensure compliance with global and local tax laws and labor regulations while optimizing system functionality.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and customization of Employee Central Payroll for global and local requirements.
• Manage the full payroll processing cycle, including calculations, disbursements, and data audits.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, labor regulations, and statutory requirements across various jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate payroll with other HR systems and maintain data integrity.
• Provide expert support for complex payroll issues, troubleshoot discrepancies, and generate analytics reports.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll implementation and management.
• Deep knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem and payroll processing principles.
• Expertise in payroll data management, system optimization, and tax regulations.
• Strong understanding of global payroll practices and legal requirements.
• Advanced analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex payroll issues.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll certification.
