You lead end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, managing configuration, customization, and full payroll processing cycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation, configuration, and customization of Employee Central Payroll for global and local requirements.
• Manage the full payroll processing cycle, including calculations, disbursements, and data audits.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, labor regulations, and statutory requirements across various jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate payroll with other HR systems and maintain data integrity.
• Provide expert support for complex payroll issues, troubleshoot discrepancies, and generate analytics reports.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll implementation and management.
• Deep knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem and payroll processing principles.
• Expertise in payroll data management, system optimization, and tax regulations.
• Strong understanding of global payroll practices and legal requirements.
• Advanced analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex payroll issues.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll certification.
