Description

You will lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support for the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module.

Responsibilities

• Configure foundational EC components, including Foundation Objects, Employee Data Models, Business Rules, Workflows, and Event Reasons.
• Design and manage Role-Based Permissions (RBP) frameworks to ensure secure access control across user roles.
• Create and manage People Analytics Story Reports and dashboards to monitor workforce data.
• Manage data migration activities, data loads, and validation using EC import features.
• Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into system configurations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Strong hands-on experience configuring data models, Foundation Objects, Position Management, and Workflows.
• Expertise in configuring Global Benefits and Advanced Reporting features.
• Deep understanding of employment lifecycle processes (hire-to-retire) and organizational management.
• Proficiency in Integration Center for managing data flows between EC and external systems.
• Expertise in designing and troubleshooting Role-Based Permissions (RBP) frameworks.
• Hands-on experience creating Story Reports in SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics.
• Experience integrating EC with other SuccessFactors modules and external HR/payroll systems.
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
