Description

You will execute day-to-day HR and payroll processes within the SAP SuccessFactors platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Execute and maintain employee master data in SAP SuccessFactors EC, covering new hires, organizational changes, and terminations.
• Process payroll data accurately within the SAP SuccessFactors ECP module for assigned regions, meeting deadlines.
• Support annual and mid-year performance management cycles and assist employees with goal tracking in PMGM.
• Conduct regular audits of employee data to ensure integrity and resolve process-related issues across HR/Finance departments.
• Provide first-line support for payroll, performance management, and general HR queries.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an SAP End User.
• Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
• Demonstrated knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management & Goal Management (PMGM).
• Understanding of core HR and payroll processes.
• Ability to generate and analyze standard and ad-hoc HR and payroll reports.
