Description

You will lead functional delivery and technical support for SAP SuccessFactors implementations.

Responsibilities

• Design project artefacts, including detailed design documents, UT and ST test cases, run sheets, and backout plans.
• Lead support for SIT, UAT, BVT, and Change Request processes.
• Solve technical issues through active solutioning and manage IT service requirements, including risk management.
• Integrate SAP with cloud and on-premise systems.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in SAP environments.
• Hands-on expertise with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience with Employee Central (EC).
• Proven track record managing integrations between SAP and cloud or on-premise systems.
• Experience producing technical project deliverables and test documentation.
• Strong knowledge of IT Service Management and risk management protocols.
• Experience leading SIT, UAT, and BVT phases.
