Description

Lead large-scale HCM transformations focusing on SAP SuccessFactors, driving strategy and execution from discovery to implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise in HR processes and transformation opportunities.
• Drive and define HR strategies, including organization change management and advisory services.
• Conduct customer discussions and workshops to gather business requirements.
• Lead customer engagements related to SAP SuccessFactors implementation and optimization.
• Develop and present integration blueprints and solution roadmaps for HR technology transformations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in HR technology or consulting.
• Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules and configuration.
• Ability to lead complex projects from strategy to execution.
• Experience working closely with C-level executives on HR strategy.
• Skills in planning and sequencing discovery sessions.
• Familiarity with RFP/RFI advisory services for SAP SuccessFactors.
• Ability to collaborate with global teams effectively.
