Description

Lead end-to-end implementation and customization of SAP SuccessFactors Incentive and Commission Management solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive incentive and commission management solutions.
• Integrate compensation processes with core Financial Accounting, HR, Payroll, and Sales Performance Management functions.
• Manage performance metrics including calculation, disbursement, and reporting.
• Ensure seamless integration between incentive solutions, SAP modules, and external systems.
• Oversee compliance, governance, and project management workflows within the incentive lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 7 to 9 years of professional experience in SAP implementation.
• Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA Incentive and Commission Management.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Callidus Cloud Sales Performance Management.
• Deep understanding of HR and Payroll module integration.
• Proficiency in SAP modules and S/4HANA environments.
• Experience managing compensation management processes and performance metrics.
• Ability to design solutions for calculation, disbursement, and transparency.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any graduate field.
