Description

You will lead and execute complex SAP SuccessFactors implementations and support processes.

Responsibilities

• Configure and design SuccessFactors systems based on HR best practices.
• Manage end-to-end implementation projects across PM, GM, SC, and CDP modules.
• Lead documentation for Release and Refresh activities.
• Execute test plans and support post-implementation knowledge transfer.
• Support customer requirements gathering for Appraisal and Succession processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Expert knowledge of Compensation and Variable Pay modules, including compensation statements and backend tables.
• Ability to configure XSL for custom compensation statements.
• Strong familiarity with the latest Goal Management Module.
• Experience leading at least five end-to-end SuccessFactors PMGM implementations.
• Proficiency in managing SF LMS integration, refresh, and migration.
• Skilled in building custom reports using PRD for LMS reporting.
• Experience with SF LMS integration to external tools like Degreed.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in Compensation and Variable Pay.
• Experience in provisioning work requiring an SAP certification.
