Description

Lead the integration architecture between SAP SuccessFactors and external workforce systems. Own the design and implementation of integrations for SAP SuccessFactors HCM and Employee Central. Manage complex data flows between Payroll and Workforce systems using SAP BTP and SAP PO. Translate business requirements into technical solutions and collaborate with stakeholders. Operate within an Agile framework to deliver updates and maintenance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors HCM and Employee Central.
• Extensive experience with SAP PO and SAP BTP.
• Proven track record of integrating Payroll and Workforce data with SuccessFactors.
• Experience in Solution Architecture roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work within Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
