Description

You will act as a Solution Architect focusing on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design and build interfaces using SAP PO and SAP BTP.
• Manage integrations for Payroll and Workforce modules within the SuccessFactors ecosystem.
• Implement solutions across SAP cloud and hybrid deployment models.
• Manage stakeholders and influence technical direction for HCM solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience within the SuccessFactors HCM domain.
• Expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
• Hands-on experience with SAP PO.
• Hands-on experience with SAP BTP.
• Proven experience with Payroll or Workforce Integration with SAP SF.
• Deep understanding of SAP HCM solutions.
• Knowledge of SAP cloud and hybrid deployment models.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
