Description

Lead the integration architecture between SAP SuccessFactors and external workforce systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrations for SAP SuccessFactors HCM and Employee Central.
• Manage complex data flows between Payroll and Workforce systems using SAP BTP and SAP PO.
• Translate business requirements into technical integration solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on integration architecture.
• Deliver integration updates and maintenance within an Agile framework.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors HCM and Employee Central.
• Extensive experience with SAP PO and SAP BTP.
• Proven track record of integrating Payroll and Workforce data with SuccessFactors.
• Experience in Solution Architecture roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work within Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex enterprise workforce management systems.
