You will act as a Subject Matter Expert driving technical delivery and shaping client strategy through deep integration expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor junior professionals while managing team decisions and performance.
• Design and implement SAP SuccessFactors integrations and technical best practices.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to provide solutions to complex technical problems.
• Analyze requirements and implement process enhancements to improve delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across the landscape.

Required Skills

• 7.5 years of professional experience in technical delivery.
• Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Integration Technical.
• Deep understanding of integration concepts and methodologies.
• Experience designing and implementing SAP SuccessFactors integrations.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules and their integration points.
• Familiarity with SAP Cloud Platform Integration and SAP CPI tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Any Graduate degree with 15 years of full-time education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite.
