Description

Drive technical delivery and shape client strategy for SAP SuccessFactors integrations as a subject matter expert.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor junior professionals while managing team decisions and performance.
• Design and implement SAP SuccessFactors integrations and establish technical best practices.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to provide solutions to complex technical problems.
• Analyze requirements and implement process enhancements to improve delivery efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across the landscape.

Required Skills

• 7-8 years of professional experience in technical delivery.
• Deep proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Integration Technical.
• Strong understanding of integration concepts and methodologies.
• Experience designing and implementing SAP SuccessFactors integrations.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules and their integration points.
• Familiarity with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Any Graduate degree with 15 years of full-time education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite.
