Description

Lead the SAP H2R tower for AMS, managing support for SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), EC Payroll, and integrations with S/4HANA.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Act as the SME for US Payroll, managing gross-to-net processing, tax configuration, and compliance reporting.
• Provide functional support for Employee Central, including business process configuration, data models, and workflows.
• Manage and troubleshoot BSI tax engine integrations and payroll tax compliance updates.
• Oversee replication monitoring and data consistency between EC and EC Payroll using Business Integration Builder (BIB).
• Mentor support consultants and drive root cause analysis to ensure service delivery excellence.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP H2R or AMS environments.
• SAP Certification in SuccessFactors EC Payroll.
• Extensive hands-on experience with SuccessFactors EC Payroll, schemas, PCRs, and payroll results analysis.
• Deep expertise in US Payroll requirements, including tax calculations, garnishments, and retroactive processing.
• Proficiency in SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration and workflow management.
• Working knowledge of BSI tax engine configuration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with data replication monitoring and Business Integration Builder (BIB).
• Familiarity with AMS delivery processes, including ticket management, SLAs, and RCA.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SAP Time Evaluation or integration with third-party time systems like Kronos or WorkForce.
• Familiarity with payroll posting to FI-CO in S/4HANA.
• Exposure to S/4HANA RISE environments and cloud-based hybrid HCM architectures.
