Description

You will lead the SAP H2R tower for Application Management Services, owning support for SuccessFactors Employee Central, Payroll, and S/4HANA integrations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Act as Subject Matter Expert for US Payroll, managing gross-to-net processing, tax configuration, off-cycle payroll, and compliance reporting.
• Provide functional support for Employee Central, including business process configuration, data models, workflows, and position management.
• Manage and troubleshoot BSI tax engine integrations and ensure payroll tax compliance updates.
• Oversee data replication, error handling, and consistency between EC and EC Payroll using Business Integration Builder (BIB).
• Mentor support consultants, drive root cause analysis, and coordinate with technical teams to resolve critical incidents.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP environments with SAP Certification in SuccessFactors EC Payroll.
• Hands-on expertise with SuccessFactors EC Payroll schemas, PCRs, and payroll results analysis.
• Deep knowledge of US Payroll requirements, including garnishments, retroactive processing, and year-end activities.
• Proficiency in SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration and workflow management.
• Experience with BSI tax engine configuration and maintenance.
• Expertise in data replication monitoring using Business Integration Builder (BIB).
• Experience with S/4HANA integrations and familiarity with AMS delivery processes (SLAs, RCA, ticket management).

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring support consultants and driving service delivery excellence.
