Description

Lead SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support projects with a primary focus on onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and support workstreams for SuccessFactors.
• Analyze AS IS and TO BE business processes to identify gaps.
• Gather and assess requirements directly from functional business owners.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels within a team environment.

Required Skills

• 6-9 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation or support.
• Mandatory expertise in SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 (ONB2.0).
• Deep knowledge of ONB2.0 localization, compliance forms, and processes.
• Proficiency in requirement gathering and assessment.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Experience with SuccessFactors Recruitment modules.
