Description

Lead implementations and support for SAP SuccessFactors modules, focusing on configuration, deployment, and security.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Provide expert consulting on SAP Security within the SuccessFactors environment.
• Manage full lifecycle implementations and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and enforce security protocols.

Required Skills

• 6-9 years of experience in SAP Security.
• Proficiency with SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors Global Benefits (0-2 years).
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (0-2 years).
• Familiarity with SAP HR (0-2 years).
