Description

Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors solutions to meet complex business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance Management, Compensation, and Learning Management.
• Translate business needs into technical configurations and architectural designs.
• Manage implementation timelines, budgets, and project deliverables.
• Execute data migration and cleansing processes to ensure system integrity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate technical solutions and project progress.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
• Deep knowledge of SuccessFactors platform capabilities and technical architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Performance Management modules.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks.
• Proven ability in data migration and cleansing techniques.
• Strong analytical skills for technical problem-solving.
• Experience managing end-to-end project lifecycles.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with other SAP modules and integration points.
