You will configure and implement the SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) to meet business requirements.
This role is hybrid.
Responsibilities
- Configure and implement the SuccessFactors LMS to meet specific business needs.
- Manage end-to-end deployment and system setup for the LMS module.
- Ensure technical alignment across the broader SuccessFactors ecosystem.
- Apply deep expertise in LMS configuration to resolve technical challenges.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience as a Certified SuccessFactors Consultant.
- Proven track record of implementing the SAP SuccessFactors Learning module.
- Deep expertise in Learning Management System (LMS) configuration.
- Any Graduate degree.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors PMGM.
