Description

You lead the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) modules.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure curricula, items, classes, programs, assignment profiles, and learning activities.
• Manage LMS data migration, validation, and integration with external content providers like Skillsoft or LinkedIn Learning.
• Facilitate discovery, design, and requirements workshops while maintaining project plans and RAID logs.
• Support testing, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities for small to mid-size LMS projects.
• Drive issue resolution and coordinate across business, IT, and vendor teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS).
• Proven track record of LMS implementations, configuration, and ongoing support.
• Expertise in configuring approvals, notifications, surveys, certificates, and learning history.
• Experience with LMS integrations, including Virtual Learning System (VLS) and Microsoft Teams.
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to facilitate workshops and manage stakeholder communication.
• Experience with External Learner / Extended Enterprise implementations.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
