Description

Design, implement, and support complex HCM business processes using SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end SF Onboarding 2.0 solutions based on gathered document requirements.
• Configure onboarding portlets, email settings, and both global and local forms.
• Prepare configuration workbooks and manage technical decisions throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Provide post-implementation support including incident management, release management, and enhancement requests.
• Manage notifications and audit trails within the onboarding module.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in SAP implementation.
• Minimum of two end-to-end implementations specifically in SF Onboarding 2.0.
• Deep functional understanding of the Onboarding 2.0 module.
• Experience with RCM, EC, and third-party integration.
• Hands-on experience with DocuSign integration.
• Knowledge of SAP implementation methodology.
• Any Graduate degree.

• Knowledge of Onboarding 1.0.
• Knowledge of RCM integration.
