SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager (EC and Payroll)

Lead the SuccessFactors workstream within a larger S/4 Finance and SuccessFactors implementation program.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage detailed workplans while collaborating with other project managers to maintain the master schedule.
• Align organizational change management (OCM), training, and testing activities with the overall project timeline.
• Drive the completion of project deliverables and achieve key milestones.
• Escalate risks and issues impacting timeline, scope, or quality, serving as the primary point for workstream escalations.
• Conduct regular status meetings and report financial health and progress to the PMO and sponsors.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Direct experience managing SuccessFactors implementations.
• Familiarity with S/4 Finance environments.
• Proven ability to manage project deliverables, milestones, and workplans.
• Experience managing workstream budgets and financial reporting.
• Ability to manage risks, issues, and stakeholder escalations.
• Enforce RACI and contract terms during daily activities.
