Description

Own end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations, aligning stakeholders, technical teams, and partners to deliver scope, timeline, and quality objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and meetings with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams to define vision and requirements.
• Drive end-to-end project execution, ensuring alignment across internal SAP teams and external implementation partners.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including charters, plans, scope definitions, and roles and responsibilities.
• Track and manage backlogs, agreements, and change requests with strict governance and approvals.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Onboarding, People Analytics.
• 5+ years as an HRIS Project Manager leading large-scale implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of HR processes and systems.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI-driven HR solutions or initiatives.
