Description

Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations for public sector clients in Springfield, IL.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation lifecycles.
• Oversee project planning and execution to ensure successful delivery.
• Handle project budgeting and business acumen requirements throughout the implementation.
• Coordinate project management activities for large-scale HCM deployments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Proven track record of multiple end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
• Direct experience with Employee Central Payroll.
• Experience working within the Public Sector.
• Strong expertise in Project Implementation and Project Planning.
• Proficiency in Budgeting and Business Management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP HCM modules.
