• Experience: 7+ Years
• Client is looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Consultant with strong expertise in implementing and supporting the SuccessFactors Recruiting suite.
• The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations, recruiting process optimization, Recruiting Marketing (RMK), Recruiting Posting (RPO), and integrations with Employee Central and Onboarding modules.

Essential Job Functions:

• Lead full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment implementations including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
• Configure requisition templates, candidate profiles, recruiting workflows, and offer approval processes.
• Optimize recruitment processes aligned with organizational policies and business requirements.
• Manage integrations with Employee Central, Onboarding, job boards, and third-party ATS platforms.
• Conduct workshops, stakeholder discussions, UAT support, training, and knowledge transfer.
• Troubleshoot recruiting and integration-related issues and support continuous improvements.

Qualifications:
Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment implementation and support.
• Deep knowledge of requisition management, candidate pipelines, recruiting workflows, and offer management.
• Expertise in Recruiting Marketing (RMK) and Recruiting Posting (RPO).
• Strong understanding of Employee Central and Onboarding integration.
• Experience integrating with job boards, recruitment platforms, and ATS solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Certification preferred.
• Experience in multiple end-to-end implementation projects.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
