Description

You will lead end-to-end implementations and support for SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment, managing requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure requisition templates, candidate profiles, recruiting workflows, and offer approval processes.
• Manage integrations with Employee Central, Onboarding, job boards, and third-party ATS platforms.
• Optimize recruitment processes to align with organizational policies and business requirements.
• Conduct workshops, facilitate UAT, provide training, and ensure knowledge transfer.
• Troubleshoot recruiting and integration issues to support continuous improvements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment implementation and support.
• Deep knowledge of requisition management, candidate pipelines, and offer management.
• Expertise in Recruiting Marketing (RMK) and Recruiting Posting (RPO).
• Strong understanding of Employee Central and Onboarding integration.
• Experience integrating with job boards, recruitment platforms, and ATS solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting skills.

Preferred Skills

• SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Certification.
• Experience in multiple end-to-end implementation projects.
