Description

You will lead enterprise HCM transformations and provide strategic HR technology guidance as an SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture for large-scale SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
• Act as an HR domain expert regarding HR processes, technologies, and transformation opportunities.
• Conduct discovery workshops and requirements gathering sessions with clients.
• Develop strategic HR technology roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead solution blueprinting, integration planning, and architecture design.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience in SuccessFactors solution architecture and large HCM transformation projects.
• Minimum 2 SAP SuccessFactors certifications (Employee Central mandatory).
• Strong experience in workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements gathering.
• Hands-on experience in integration design, solution blueprinting, and enterprise HR technology planning.
• Ability to collaborate with C-level stakeholders and global teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep SAP SuccessFactors expertise.

Preferred Skills

• Background in HR advisory, organizational change management, or multi-country HR transformations.
• Consulting or enterprise project experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
