Description

You will design and lead SAP SuccessFactors HXM transformation strategies and architectures. You will build and realize customer HXM transformation plans, coach clients on SAP-centric architecture and best practices, and liaise with onshore and offshore teams to ensure successful project delivery across time zones. You will conduct discovery sessions, deliver value-based solution demonstrations for new opportunities, and assist with RFP and RFI completions to support customer proposals.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead SAP SuccessFactors HXM transformation strategies and architectures.
• Coach customers on SAP-centric HXM architecture and best practice processes.
• Liaise with onshore and offshore teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct discovery sessions and deliver value-based solution demonstrations for new opportunities.
• Assist with RFP and RFI completions to support customer proposals.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience in a consulting role.
• 3+ full life cycle SuccessFactors implementations.
• Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Management - Human Resources.
• Ability to provide technical specifications for integration teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for client engagement.
• Proven ability to manage project requirements and work within diverse teams.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
