SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect

You will design and lead SAP SuccessFactors HXM transformation strategies and architectures.

Responsibilities

• Build and realize customer HXM transformation strategies and long-term plans.
• Coach customers on SAP-centric HXM architecture and best practice processes.
• Liaise with onshore and offshore teams to ensure successful project delivery across time zones.
• Conduct discovery sessions and deliver value-based solution demonstrations for new opportunities.
• Assist with RFP and RFI completions to support customer proposals.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience in a consulting role.
• 3+ full life cycle SuccessFactors implementations.
• Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Management - Human Resources.
• Ability to provide technical specifications for integration teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for client engagement.
• Proven ability to manage project requirements and work within diverse teams.
