Description

Lead SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management configuration and integrations for a complex enterprise environment. Own the end-to-end setup of Recruiting, Performance, and Succession modules.

Responsibilities

• Configure Recruiting Management (RCM) including job requisitions, application templates, candidate profiles, route maps, permissions, and offers.
• Manage Recruiting to Employee Central and Onboarding integrations, ensuring accurate data persistence for new hires and internal moves.
• Implement and maintain Performance Management, Goal Management, Succession planning, and Talent Intelligence Hub.
• Utilize Integration Center and APIs to manage inbound/outbound data flows and resolve integration issues.
• Troubleshoot and support integrations with external vendors such as background checks, assessments, and job boards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM) configuration experience.
• Deep functional knowledge of Recruiting configuration beyond basic usage.
• Strong understanding of Integration Center, APIs, and data mapping.
• Experience supporting complex hiring scenarios including internal hires, rehires, and cross-boarding.
• Ability to troubleshoot system integrations and inter-module data flows.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for large enterprise environments.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with technical and functional teams.
