Description

Own the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Total Rewards solutions for clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on SAP SuccessFactors Total Rewards configuration and best practices.
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Annual Bonus Process, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Design and optimize Variable Long-Term Pay structures within the SuccessFactors ecosystem.
• Collaborate with client functional counterparts to assess needs and develop tailored functional solutions.
• Support ongoing enhancements, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the Total Rewards module.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Total Rewards.
• Deep expertise in Total Rewards configuration and administration.
• Strong knowledge of the Annual Bonus Process implementation lifecycle.
• Proven ability to configure and manage Variable Long-Term Pays.
• Ability to translate client functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working directly with client teams in a consulting capacity.
