Description

You will own the integration architecture between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP ERP HCM, delivering technical solutions through ABAP and Business Integration Builder.

Responsibilities

• Execute SuccessFactors to HCM integrations using ABAP and Business Integration Builder (BIB).
• Develop BAdIs in SAP ABAP to satisfy advanced integration requirements.
• Configure standard integration via BIB, including mappings and generic value conversions.
• Coordinate with other consultants to ensure smooth project execution and meet deadlines.
• Report progress, risks, and opportunities to project management and stream leads.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of total experience in SAP environments.
• Advanced knowledge of Business Integration Builder (BIB) and standard integration mappings.
• Strong SAP ABAP development skills for implementing BAdIs.
• Deep understanding of SAP HCM infotype logic and processes.
• Experience with SFSF EC and SAP ERP integration.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical integration contexts.
• Any graduate degree.
