Address gaps in genealogy, shelf-life, FEFO
Map SAP traceability tables (MCHA, MCH1, CHVW, MSEG)
Ensure recall readiness
Demand Planning & MRP
Optimize MRP & demand planning
Improve planning parameters (lot sizing, lead times, safety stock)
Support forecasting (SAP IBP/APO)
AI & Copilot Solutions
Build intelligent agents using Copilot Studio
Integrate SAP ↔ Power Platform (OData APIs)
Build planning copilots, recall tools, dashboards
Build Power Automate workflows
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with supply chain, warehouse, quality, leadership
Lead documentation, workshops, training, demos

Required Skills
SAP batch mgmt, traceability, FEFO, shelf-life config
SAP MM, PP, QM, WM/EWM or SD
Strong SAP S/4HANA
Power Platform (Automate, BI, Dataverse)
API integration (OData / REST / SAP BTP)
Food manufacturing domain knowledge (FSMA, HACCP)
