You bridge supply chain operations needs with technical solutions, managing enhancement projects and process improvements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather pain points and use cases from supply chain operations and planning teams.
• Define business requirements based on supply chain planning principles and build business cases for application features.
• Identify and implement workflow and process improvements to boost efficiency and visibility.
• Partner with IT to enable new capabilities across the project lifecycle and manage smaller enhancement projects.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), provide user training, and manage change.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of relevant experience as a Business System Analyst in supply chain or manufacturing.
• Experience gathering and documenting detailed business requirements.
• Proficiency in creating process documentation (BPM, URD, UAT cases).
• Ability to analyze and support key supply chain planning metrics and data.
• Experience troubleshooting system gaps and collaborating with IT to resolve issues.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in ambiguous environments.
