Description

You will lead the planning and execution of SAP supply chain projects across manufacturing and logistics systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for SAP supply chain initiatives involving S/4HANA, EWM, PP, and MM modules.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and success metrics for inventory, production, and warehouse operations.
• Own cross-functional project plans, RAID logs, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and budget tracking.
• Drive integration efforts across SAP, MES, and external platforms like Salesforce.
• Manage change control, project documentation, and compliance with SOX guidelines.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, milestone reviews, and executive-level reporting for Operations and IT leadership.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of total professional experience.
• 5+ years managing SAP projects within supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing environments.
• Proven track record delivering SAP EWM and MM/PP implementations or enhancements, ideally in S/4HANA.
• Deep understanding of plant operations, warehouse flows, production planning, and SAP-to-MES integration points.
• Hands-on experience using Jira, ServiceNow, and Clarity PPM.
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies in manufacturing contexts.
• Ability to manage stakeholders including Operations Directors and Plant Managers.
• Knowledge of SOX or GxP compliance.

Preferred Skills

• Automotive or discrete manufacturing background.
• Experience with SAP-MES integration or platforms like SAP MII, SAP ME, or Ignition.
• Understanding of reverse logistics and outbound fulfillment processes.
