Description

Manage end-to-end testing and functional requirement gathering for SAP system enhancements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Participate in business workshops to gather functional and system requirements for new enhancements and upgrades.
• Analyze solution design documents to determine functional scope, estimations, and testing costs.
• Oversee the full testing lifecycle, including test preparation, execution, defect management, and status reporting.
• Manage defect resolution and coordinate re-testing to ensure defect-free releases.
• Communicate test status, technical issues, and budget reviews to Project Management.

Required Skills

• Experience developing and reviewing Test Strategies.
• Proficiency in creating and managing Test Plans.
• Ability to design and execute Test Scenarios.
• Experience with Test Estimations.
• Competency in using HP ALM for requirement uploading and traceability metrics.
• Knowledge of implementing automation to enhance execution rates.
• Experience conducting knowledge transfer sessions and Q&A with development and testing teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Applications, Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.
