You define and execute the enterprise testing strategy for SAP environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise-wide test strategy aligned with product architecture and release cadence.
• Standardize testing frameworks for UI, API, mobile, and data validation across the organization.
• Manage the lifecycle of testing tools, integrating automation with CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement Test Data Management (TDM/TDS), including masking and synthetic data generation.
• Publish quality metrics dashboards tracking coverage, pass rates, and defect leakage for executive review.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in Software Testing/QA.
• 10+ years of experience in SAP Testing.
• 3–4 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA.
• 2+ years of experience managing SAP TCOE functions.
• Proven leadership experience managing internal and multi-vendor teams.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Tosca, Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, JMeter, LoadRunner, qTest, and GitLab.
• Knowledge of compliance standards including SOX, GDPR, and PCI.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise-level SAP implementations.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
