Description

You will lead SAP implementation and operations by analyzing business requirements, designing system architectures, and managing the full lifecycle from prototyping to cutover.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead initial process to capture business requirements, define implementation strategies, and complete design documentation.
• Supervise test development, conduct system testing, and resolve configuration issues.
• Direct final system setup, cutover, and resolve outstanding exception items.
• Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to consultants and client contacts.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience, including at least 2 full-cycle implementations, 2 support projects, 1 upgrade, and 1 rollout.
• Strong knowledge of ABAP RICEFW development (Reports, Function modules, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, BDC, BAPI, LSMW, User exits, Enhancements, Interfaces, Data Dictionary, SAP scripts, Module pool, ALE/IDOCs, ABAP OO).
• Proficiency in SAP HANA Modelling, S/4 HANA ABAP, Web Dyn Pro, Basis, UI5, and Fiori.
• Experience with CDS Views, OData, and Web services.
• Proficiency in middleware technologies (SFTP, RFTSx, PI, HULFT) and integrating middleware with SAP.
• Good knowledge of SPAU and SPDD.
• Minimum 4 years in solution designing, system architecture, and interface architecture design.

Preferred Skills

• SAP Certification and Manufacturing industry experience.
• Experience with BTP programming and familiarity with cloud-based solutions.
