Lead technical architecture and integration strategy for SAP environments in the utilities sector.

Responsibilities

• Guide leadership and consultants in implementing existing and emerging technology solutions.
• Design solution architectures that bridge technical capabilities with business outcomes.
• Develop high-quality technical content, including architecture designs and specifications.
• Mentor team members and lead performance management for solution delivery.
• Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding activities.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in technical architecture or solution design.
• Deep expertise in SAP IS-Utilities (IS-U).
• Hands-on experience with S/4HANA and clean core principles.
• Knowledge of RISE with SAP.
• Experience designing integration strategies between Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) and SAP BTP.
• Proven track record of integrating SAP and non-SAP solutions within a utility context.
• Ability to operate at both tactical and strategic levels from ideation to execution.
• Strong consulting skills to act as a strategic advisor.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring junior architects and leading solution delivery teams.
