Description

Design, develop, and support end-to-end SAP CPI integrations for SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, and third-party systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CPI iFlows, mappings, adapters, and value mappings for SuccessFactors modules.
• Implement integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and S/4HANA, R/3, and external systems like Payroll, LMS, and IAM.
• Configure IAS, IPS, and Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations, managing certificates, keys, and access.
• Monitor message processing, perform root cause analysis, and implement error handling, retry mechanisms, and logging.
• Provide L2/L3 support, troubleshoot production issues, and coordinate with functional teams and SAP Support.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration).
• Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors integrations and Integration Center.
• Proficiency in XML, JSON, XSLT, and Groovy scripting.
• Hands-on experience with SOAP, OData, and REST APIs.
• Experience with IAS, IPS, and SSO configurations.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for RCA and SLA adherence.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA integrations.
• Exposure to third-party HR systems and middleware.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
