Position Summary
We are seeking a mid-level Workday Technical Resource with strong technical capabilities and practical functional knowledge across Workday modules. The successful candidate will support Workday configuration, integrations, reporting, troubleshooting, testing, releases, and ongoing system enhancements while partnering closely with HR and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, test, and maintain Workday solutions based on business requirements.
Develop and support Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, and related technologies.
Create and maintain advanced, composite, matrix, trend, and custom reports.
Support calculated fields, business processes, condition rules, security configuration, and domain/business process policies.
Analyze production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide timely resolution.
Participate in Workday releases, regression testing, impact analysis, and deployment activities.
Translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions and technical specifications.
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, vendors, and other stakeholders to deliver enhancements.
Support data loads, data validation, reconciliation, and audit activities.
Develop technical documentation, integration specifications, test scripts, and operational procedures.
Follow change-management, security, data privacy, and development standards.
Provide knowledge transfer and support to junior team members and business users.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor"s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
4-8 years of Workday experience, including hands-on technical development and production support.
Experience with at least one major Workday functional area, such as:
Human Capital Management (HCM)

Financial Management
Hands-on experience with Workday integrations, reports, calculated fields, and business processes.
Working knowledge of Workday security concepts and access controls.
Experience with integration troubleshooting, monitoring, error handling, and data reconciliation.
Understanding of HR or business processes sufficient to assess downstream impacts of technical changes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Workday certification in HCM, Integrations, Reporting, or another relevant area.
Experience with Workday Extend, Prism Analytics, Adaptive Planning, or Workday Payroll.
Knowledge of XML, XSLT, JSON, SQL, REST, SOAP, and web-service integrations.
Experience working with third-party systems such as payroll providers, benefits vendors, identity-management platforms, financial systems, or applicant tracking systems.
Familiarity with Agile delivery, ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
Experience supporting global organizations, multiple countries, or complex organizational structures.
